It turned out excellent! Their overall response was great, because they were able to do all aspects of the remodel. They did plumbing, drywall, tile, painting, mold remediation, carpentry, electrical, and lighting. They worked on the floors, walls, and shower. They also installed an undermounted, double sink with granite countertops. The countertops matched the window seal and shower. For the shower, they also cut tile and did a heiring bone floor, which turned out beautiful.
John was always available by phone if there was ever a question about the job. John and his crew were very professional! The communication was very open, and whenever we had questions, they were addressed immediately
Overall, it was really nice to find a contractor that could address all our projects for the hospital, instead of working with multiple companies. The management was excellent.

It was an unusual paint job in that John managed to get a 10 year warranty on the paint from Porter Paint, which no other contractor was able to achieve.
Everything looks fantastic and they did an excellent. There was mold and mildew along the bottom of the building, and they took care of that. John was extremely conscientious about supervising the job. His on-site supervisor was excellent, and the crew was very polite. We had some family issues arise during the job, and they were very sensitive towards that.
