I recently purchased a home in Indianapolis and prior to moving in required a contractor to remodel a tiny bathroom and possibly add more space. CSI came recommended by my Real Estate Agent and I gave them a call for an estimate. Oscar Moran was assigned to my account and without a doubt that was my lucky day. I have been involved in many construction projects over the years but working with Oscar is by far the best experience I have had with remodeling. He took my tiny dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a thing of beauty. His dedication, attention to detail and outright caring for the customer approach was refreshing. He is a pleasure to work with and the only thing that stands out more than his personality is his talent. John Paul and Freddie at CSI created the kitchen of my dreams. The miraculous attention to detail in design and execution was fantastic . From California cabinets to wine rack to customized lighting and sconces it’s beautiful. I’ve had many remodeling projects done but none so clean and perfect. Definitely a 5 star company and crew. They will be back in March for basement and master bath.
The owner John was very helpful with designing our dream kitchen. He was very detailed in design for all aspects including lighting and every detail. From wine rack to California cabinets. Freddie and his father Paul made the job run smooth and clean. Accommodateing our schedule in every way. Much of the work was done while we were on vacation. They have started our master bath and when that’s done they will return in March to do the other baths and basement. I highly recommend CSI and Paul Freddie and John to anyone that want a five star job.

John and Freddie did a fantastic job of designing the kitchen overall, including the lighting design, lighting, recessed fish eye lights throughout the kitchen, an incredible heated tile floor, aproximately 600 square ft, moved plumbing from one side of kitchen to another to accommodate incredible island. We received CSI’s cost on everything in the kitchen which resulted in approximately 5-50% discount on most of our materials and cabinets. Also received 20% discount on labor. The craftsmanship and carpentry and framing was phenomenal with an extra storage closet which will be very handy in the future for storing can goods and cleaning supplies. They also did the dry wall and painting. The creative input from Freddie and John, the owner, was critical to our final product that we love. My husband and I would recommend CSI to anyone that would like a beautiful kitchen. We will also use CSI to do our bathrooms within a month or two. The project was on time and kept clean and communication was fantastic. It was a real pleasure to work with these gentlemen.
