They put in extra handicap bars and seats in the showers. They were always on time, sometimes even early, and they were very dependable. They were so clean that when they left, I didn’t even know they’d been here. They were very accommodating to me.
The work was started immediately. The workers showed up on time daily however I did ask that they not come on two different days that I had a real estate agent come in to look at the property as I had thought I might sell it soon. After all of the work was done, I was so pleased with the work that I decided to just keep the property and use it as a rental. I was also able to double the rent based on the improvements. I, most highly, recommend Construction Services of Indianapolis for whatever you need done. They were very professional and timely.
They did a really good job. We are going to use them again in the spring.
HE SUGGESTED THAT WE GET OUR WATER HEATER ELSEWHERE AND THAT SAVED US QUITE A BIT OF MONEY. HE ALSO PICKED UP THE NEW WATER HEATER FOR US.
